Traverse a Maze
After entering Wayward Cave, you'll need to traverse a maze of ramps on your bike. Earthquake TM26 is located up the stairs in the bottom right corner at the end of the maze.
Getting to the Cave
To get to Wayward Cave, you must first obtain the Cut and Strength HMs and have taught TM70 Flash to one of your party Pokémon.
Then, backtrack to Wayward Cave, which is located under Cycling Road.
A trainer near the entrance to Wayward Cave will give you a Poké Doll. Inside the cave, you'll encounter wild Pokémon like Geodude, Zubat, and Onix.
